Good clean hotel, nice breakfast my kids love it, Ridoy works hard to make my table clean all the time. The room is spacious. Easy to get to the mall. Will come back for sure. We drove with family from Thailand and my kids really enjoyed this hotel due to easy to get to the mall for shopping and easy to grab things to eat!

This is One of the best hotels I have stayed, we stayed here for a week, I highly recommended every one to stay in this hotel. Staff behaviour is good , and very helpful especially Mr Syazwan , who helped me to get a crab taxi for bathe airport at 2 am ! . At the reception too had a very pleasant experience, on the day of checkout , I requested for a very early packed breakfast , which was provided Every day breakfast we had a good spread of all the cuisine in the world, but I didn’t like the security persons standing and keeping a watch on all of us who were having breakfast. Why should a security man be at the breakfast hall , felt uncomfortable. Rooms are excellent, on my request at the reception for a good view room , I was upgraded free to a family room , which was very big and very comfortable. Room cleaning staff were also very prompt and cleaned our rooms well . There is no health faucet gun in the bathroom, only a pipe with a jet spray , which I am not used to . Over all an excellent stay , thank you sun way for making our trip and good one.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the facilities are top-notch. The staff members were incredibly friendly and efficient, making my experience truly memorable. Accommodation: The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel ensured that all necessary precautions were taken to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Dining Experience at Rumah Makan Nusantara: The food at Rumah Makan Nusantara was beyond delicious. There were plenty of choices, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The staff, especially Hakim, Viro, Wan, Joy, and Rahman, were incredibly friendly and efficient, making every meal a delightful experience. My stay at Sunway Hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Superb! The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff level 32 (the housekeeping) is efficient and The lift is clean n no waiting..so efficient. Restaurant rumah mkn - the staff hakim, wan, rahman, joy, and viro are so friendly, polite and helpful. The food are excellent..sedapp. The serving is abundant. Bravo. Breakfast..yum yum..lots of choices. Function room is nice. But the toilet is a bit far from the function room.
